Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy
To maintain our high standards and the quality of our handcrafted products, we apply a detailed return and refund policy in accordance with international e-commerce regulations:
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In compliance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason (including "change of mind"). The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
2. Authorized Cases for Full Refund
A full refund (including original shipping costs) is automatically accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged during transit: If the product is physically damaged during the shipping process.
- Incorrect delivery: If you have received an item, model, or size different from what you ordered.
For these cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by providing clear photographic evidence to contact@symbol.al
3. Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of payment, provided the product has not yet been dispatched. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
4. Financial Conditions for "Change of Mind" Returns
In cases where the buyer no longer wants the product because they have changed their mind (without the product having any defects), the following rules apply to cover our operational costs:
- Restocking Fee: A 20% fee of the product value will be deducted from the refund amount to cover bank commissions, transaction fees, and processing costs.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the product to Albania.
- Taxes and Duties: Any import taxes or customs duties incurred during the return of the goods to Albania will be deducted from the final refund amount.
5. Note on Handcrafted Nature
- Variations: Since our products are handcrafted, they cannot be 100% identical to the photos. Minor variations in shape or detail are evidence of their artisanal nature and are not considered defects.
- Colors: Shades may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings.
6. Bank Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed only to the original bank account or card used for the purchase. The amount will appear in your account within 5-10 business days after the return is approved and the product has arrived at our premises.
7. International Shipping
- Delivery Time: Estimated arrival time is 10-14 business days via Posta Shqiptare (Albanian Post), depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
- Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Customs and Duties: Any import fees or customs duties applied in your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
